Konto löschen – POVCheck
In der App
Öffne POVCheck, tippe unten auf Mehr, dann auf Konto löschen und bestätige. Dein Konto wird sofort gelöscht.
Wichtig: Ein VIP-Abo wird dadurch nicht gekündigt. Kündige es vorher in Google Play unter Zahlungen und Abos > Abos.
Per E-Mail
Wenn du die App nicht mehr hast, schreib an checkfall744@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen – POVCheck“. Schreib von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich bei Google angemeldet hast. Wir bestätigen die Löschung innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Was gelöscht wird
- Profil (Benutzername, Avatar, E-Mail-Adresse, Rating, Statistiken)
- Fortschritt bei Puzzles, Lektionen, Kursen und Eröffnungen
- Münzen, Designs, tägliche Aufgaben
- Freundschaften, Clan-Mitgliedschaften und gespeicherte Partien
- Anmeldedaten
Was wir behalten
- Partien bleiben in der Historie deiner Gegner, aber ohne deinen Namen.
- Meldungen und Fair-Play-Sperren bis zu 12 Monate, um Sperrumgehung zu verhindern.
- Kaufbelege, soweit gesetzlich vorgeschrieben (bis zu 10 Jahre). Zahlungsdaten liegen nur bei Google bzw. Apple.

Delete your account – POVCheck
In the app
Open POVCheck, tap More at the bottom, then Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Important: This does not cancel a VIP subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
By e-mail
If you no longer have the app, write to checkfall744@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account – POVCheck". Write from the e-mail address you signed in with via Google. We confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted
- profile (username, avatar, e-mail address, rating, statistics)
- progress in puzzles, lessons, courses and openings
- coins, designs, daily tasks
- friendships, clan memberships and saved games
- sign-in data
What we keep
- Games stay in your opponents' history, but without your name.
- Reports and fair-play bans for up to 12 months to prevent ban evasion.
- Purchase records where required by law (up to 10 years). Payment details are only held by Google or Apple.
